Disliked: found potato wedges around the queen bed from previous guests, phone chargers did not work near the beds, they put is next to a floor with loud guests sreaming running through the halls and staff said they might not be quiet. we asked to move to another room and did not even at check out ask how was our stay. we stayed 2 nights and first night was loud in hallways and staff didnt seem to care

Love the rooms.

Liked: Beds were exceptionally comfortable. Bathroom was spotless and the walk in shower design was very roomy and easy to use. I really appreciate how the fridge and microwave was tucked away in its own cabinet.
Disliked: I had trouble getting my gaming console connected to the TV. Partner and I spent 10 minutes figuring out that the HDMI cable needs to be connected to the black box against the wall and not the TV itself. Once we figured that out, everything operated very smoothly.

Incredibly pleasant and very welcoming!

Liked: I loved how close it was to the arena. It made it very convenient for my walk back after my concert on Halloween night!

Disappointing

Liked: The staff were very friendly.
Disliked: We have always liked Marriott properties, especially. Courtyards, for the comfy beds. The beds at this Courtyard were very uncomfortable, which resulted in a very limited rest.
