The staff was nice, but...

Disliked: The key I got did not work when I got to my door. So I had to take all my things back to the front desk to get a key that worked. I get to my room later that evening and the TV does not work. So I called the front desk and the gentleman assigned me to a different room. That TV in the new room work either. I was very disappointed that no one could help or find your room that a TV worked in. when I stay somewhere, I want everything to work if I’m going to pay the price of a room.

Liked: It's very clean and comfortable there and I like the fact that it is close to cypress surgery center my disability daughter has to go there alot

Liked: Maybe it was all unfortunate timing for me and this review, but I was not impressed at all. The only saving grace was how nice and hospitable the staff was. I had no needs outside of checking in n and out, so there wasn't much interaction.
Disliked: The pool was receiving annual maintenence? There was construction being done in the lobby and I'm not sure if that was the cause for the unpleasant smell in the hallways and lobby or not. The rooms need updating and better cleaning.
