Courtyard by Marriott West Palm Beach

It was acceptable for the price. We were told at check in that we were welcome to come join them for their free continental breakfast from 7-11. When we went down for breakfast we were told it wasn't included in our rate! The rooms were clean but it smelled old and musky! We were only there for 2 nights but I wouldn't stay there again!

Liked: The beds were soft and the pool was nice!
Disliked: It smelled musky. We were denied complimentary breakfast!

Liked: Clean and convenient to our destination.
Disliked: Needs a lounge that serves drinks, and I hate those one-cup coffee makers.

Disliked: Breakfast - having to wait in line at the bistro. Would rather pay more and have breakfast included and coffee available immediately. The bistro is OK but the length of time it takes is ridiculous. This is not a convenience.

We would visit again, but...

Liked: The staff was extremely pleasant. Starbucks on site.
Disliked: Since this location is not in walking distance to any city center, it would be nice to have a more full service restaurant/bar in house. We were forced to uber every time we wanted a substantial meal.

Disliked: Booked this hotel for 4 nights for the yacht show. There is absolutely zero service. The room is made every other day, no refill of cafe or water bottle for the room is made unless you ask and the amenities are at strict minimum. The place is filthy. The breakfast was included with our booking but we have had the bad surprise at checkout to have to pay for it as apparently expresso is not considered as a hot drink for them

Liked: house cleaning every other day, bed sheets kept coming off mattress and it was blood stained. super loud location, needed to buy ear plugs. Staff was locked out of storage one night, no wine a limited food.
Disliked: tired rooms, loud location, limited food/drinks
