Liked: The lobby was nice
Disliked: One of the elevators was broken and the one that worked felt like an inferno because it had no air running. My room was dirty and because it was New Year’s Eve, they didn’t have any other rooms available. The sink and toilet smelled like sewage and the shower did not work correct. My room had rug and it smelled like rotten cheese, and it had stains on it. My tv didn’t work

Disappointing

Liked: This is probably the most unclean courtyard we've stayed in. We found a cockroach in the first bedroom we checked into but the staff were nice enough to switch our room. They don't clean the room every day which is unexpected. We also paid for breakfast but it didn't get updated on their system however they gave us two free breakfast and we had to pay for the third one.
Disliked: It wasn't clean like a Marriot usually is.

Displeased with Booking.com

Liked: Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly, accommodating, apologetic and professional.
Disliked: Location could not find our reservation on Booking.com. Therefore, they charged my credit card not once but twice at an amount significantly more than what was reserved on Booking.com. At the end of the stay, it was learned that Booking.com did not enter the reservation correctly. The hotel said they had no choice but to charge their fees. This caused confusion and inconvenience. Have not ever had an issue with Booking.com until this point. I am very displeased with the service. Fortunately, the hotel staff were diligent in finding a solution to the best of their ability.
