Displeased with Booking.com

Liked: Facilities were clean. Staff was friendly, accommodating, apologetic and professional.
Disliked: Location could not find our reservation on Booking.com. Therefore, they charged my credit card not once but twice at an amount significantly more than what was reserved on Booking.com. At the end of the stay, it was learned that Booking.com did not enter the reservation correctly. The hotel said they had no choice but to charge their fees. This caused confusion and inconvenience. Have not ever had an issue with Booking.com until this point. I am very displeased with the service. Fortunately, the hotel staff were diligent in finding a solution to the best of their ability.
