Charlotte, Smithville, visiting Centre In The Square Tue, 27 January 2015

We had no coffee cups in room. We requested them but they never arrived. Water glasses in room were dirty and one was broken. Microwave did not work. Disappointed there was no continental breakfast - we were there January 22nd, 2014.

Disliked: Booked the suite with tub bit never used it. Had green moss and was dirty . Disappointed. There was condom wrappers under somewhere. I'm out of words. Have pictures for references

Relaxing for the most part

Liked: Very clean friendly staff
Disliked: They did roof work with hammers and rolls at 8am We were not ware of this until we called the front desk
