We had no coffee cups in room. We requested them but they never arrived. Water glasses in room were dirty and one was broken. Microwave did not work. Disappointed there was no continental breakfast - we were there January 22nd, 2014.

Romantic little getaway for Valentines...

Liked: We love staying here, it’s a great little getaway spot. We always book the room with whirlpool tub and fireplace and find it a nice romantic spot
Disliked: The pillows are too soft. Would love a different option for stiffer pillows for those with bad neck or backs

Disliked: Breakfast was okay. Deep fried sausages and frozen potatoes were not good, coffee and toast were very good. Breakfast service was prompt and good.

Liked: Breakfast was good. We were advised of the wrong time for breakfast to end and so we were late. They were gracious enough to make breakfast for us.
Disliked: The vents at the top of the 3rd floor on the roof were banging in the wind all night. This made for a very loud and disturbing night with little sleep.

PERFECT!!!

Liked: Perfect location right next to the playhouse. clean modern well decorated hotel with wonderful staff and large spacious roomsBEST was the Bistro. We planned to eat nearby but they werealll full with waiting long waits. meanwhile, the Bistrl was empty. so we went back to the hotel to eat at the BBistro and it was GREAT!! HAVE THE WINGS!!!
