Disliked: Paying for parking - there was seldom an attendant there or a close to full lot

Stayed here while visiting family...

Liked: The room was nice, served its purpose. The restaurant was fantastic.The hotel looked very modern and sleek yet had a cozy feel. All of the staff were amazing, very kind, personable, and friendly. The little snack store had a lot of stuff and the prices weren’t unreasonable. Would definitely stay again and upgrade the room.
Disliked: The air conditioner in my room was obnoxiously loudThe ice machine on my floor (3) the floor above and the floor below didn’t work which was kind of frustrating It was clear that my room was not vacuumed prior to my arrival, I kept finding little beads everywhere like the last person who stayed there broke their bracelet or somethingon my last day i saw a small brown roach in the bathroom which was disappointing but I’m also aware that older buildings tend to have a bug or two especially in the colder months Tim at the front desk listened to all of my concerns at check out , he was very helpful and wanted to make up for my subpar experience. Tim was very kind, understanding and eager to help make the situation right
