It was a great place...

Liked: The room was a good size, beds were comfortable.. Hard to get into tub for shower but the bathroom was adequate. The lobby cafe was a real plus. Very expensive though. Great location - one block to Metro stop.
Disliked: Expense of lobby cafe.

Disliked: Breakfast was included, and we couldn't figure out how to access it. No one was in the lobby. We paid extra for nothing.

A great choice to stay.

Liked: Staff were extremely friendly. Location was close to lots of shops and food areas. Travel around was easy, especially with the electric scooters.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about, except my iron would pour all the water out drenching the board. I asked for replacement and never came. Luckily I had another room rented that I was able to use theirs.

Disliked: Parking garage is very cramped, and the door to parking is tricky to get it opened. You have to approach the car at one side for it to trigger open.

Liked: Appreciated the early checkin Quiet location but some noisy fellow guests in corridor
Disliked: Unfriendly receptionist - sarcastic, critical and made us feel quite unwelcome. Was not a pleasant introduction to our first visit to DC. The hotel overall met expectations but I would not book here again due to front of house staff.
