Liked: We typically stay at the residence however they had no rooms and we had to stay here. The floor in our room was soaking wet, the television didn’t work, there was no extra towels or blankets available. It took over 5 minutes for the staff to get off personal calls and acknowledge us on multiple occasions. The cost is significantly higher than the residence for a horrendous experience. The hot tub doesn’t heat up and the pool was slimy from improper chemical balance.
