Overall, it was ok for...

Liked: The air conditioner in the room would not keep the room cool on a very warm early spring day. Happens to been renovations going on in the hotel also. Perhaps that was the reason for the inconsistency of the unit in our room

Friendly and helpful staff and...

Liked: It was remodeled where we stayed on the 3rd floor. So everything was pretty new. Nice and clean, no smell. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The outlets in the bathroom were not working and we forgot to tell them at the front desk.Also, they really need some new pillows. They were way too soft with no support.

Very comfortable place to stay.

Liked: Close to many shops and restaurants
Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Location was great. Loved in door pool.
Disliked: The staff was not consistently friendly. I arrived early to inquire about early checkin. The young lady that worked the 7-3 shift was unpleasant! The gentlemen who checked me in was extremely helpful and pleasant. The young lady who checked me out on Sunday morning again was unpleasant. They seemed to be very unhappy. Body language and verbal exchange was awkward and unpleasant.
