Disliked: Breakfast should be included with the room. Vanity area is too small - but typical for CourtyardWhy is the bathroom light switch OUTSIDE of the bathroom? And why does the fan sound like an airplane taking off - it's waaaay too loud!

Liked: Breakfast was yummy & staff was friendly.
Disliked: When our 2nd party arrived the elevator was broken & we had my grandpa who was disabled with us & cannot climb stairs as he was in a wheelchair. It took over 15 minutes & still no maintenance. It was about 1am at this point as we were traveling very last minute for the death of my grandma. The checkin lady was informed they could not wait any longer so she got us a floor on the bottom. This room was dirty. Half used soap bar, used towels, questionable sheets. But it had to make do. All the offered for the complete hassle was 3 breakfast plates, $45 worth of comp. The next morning they were able to switch to a room that was across the hall from us which was perfect.
