Liked: It was clean and a nice room.
Disliked: The furniture pieces were a bit too big for the room. The choices could’ve been better thought out.

Liked: The room was clean and comfortable. Some front desk staff were friendlier. Whenever I walked past the front desk, the friendly staff greeted me and said they hope I had a good evening, day or night. When I tried to take a warm shower, the water never got warm, even after letting it run a while. I called the front and informed them of the problem. Pat (I hope I remember her correct name) came to my room on the third floor and fixed the problem. She informed that in some rooms the direction for the hot water was backwards. Instead of turning the handle to the left, I had to turn it to the bottom left.
Disliked: The unfriendly staff members appeared to be very busy on the computer or on their cell phones.
