Room accomodations are comfortable!

Liked: Unfortunately I did not have breakfast at the location .
Disliked: Myself and others checked out between 6-630am and no one as the front desk. The person did not greet once she arrived or smiled, I would have expected differently, furthermore more she didn't explain to me that I would be reimbursed via credit card until I asked. All said the checking person was great!

Liked: Josepha at the front desk took our name and assured us she would cancel our booking. She was very kind, although her efforts were unsuccessful - clearly, no fault of hers.
Disliked: We did not stay at the hotel. The hotel had no power due to the California fires. Booking.com should not have allowed the booking. We will not pay the fee charged.

Liked: Loved my stay here. Beautiful, clean, comfortable. Highly recommend.
Disliked: A lot of door slamming. Heavy doors. The cleaning staff kept knocking on the door despite the Do Not Disturb sign being out.

Liked: Clean, fresh look and smell. Little outside area is very nice to relax.
Disliked: I think the property is very nice. But the breakfast is too expensive and not reasonable. I think you get a better value for money with breakfast. 1 drink with a meal???? The beacon was very dry
