WRONG on so many levels.

Liked: Check in was easy. Bed comfortable. Room clean. AC good.
Disliked: When busloads of kids stay in a hotel, it should be required that there are sponsors walking the halls. The kids were going up and down stairs, shouting, banging doors, being disruptive until 1:00 am. Front desk would not answer the phone for the 2 hours I tried. Corporate was equally unhelpful, being more concerned about my identity than just calling the manager. Next morning, I expressed my disappointment again and was told "we can't control who stays here." This was a pathetic comeback to my complaint. FAIL.
