Disliked: At checkin in we were told the pool closed at 11:00, on a Saturday night they closed it at 9:30. The pull out couch is smaller than a twin size bed. The water in the shower didn’t get very hot. The evening staff at the front desk was very rude.

Disliked: Kids were told they could only swim if they could stay quiet could not make any noise. Staff were very rude. You have to get your own towels they were not put in your room. Very disappointed experience.

Disliked: the rooms are ridiculously small, Almost $400 for two nights for a massive baseball tournament. The front desk clerk was awful. Hotel is FULL of baseball families. several baseball families were having a blast at the embarrassingly small pool. No drama just kids having fun. On a SATURDAY NIGHT, the pool is clearly listed open until 11:00 PM. The front desk clerk claimed to have gotten a noise complaint and gave a warning. 20 Minutes later the police show up aggressively ordering everyone out of the pool that it was closed and we were to get out immediately. The front desk clerk told the police that she told us to leave and we refused. This entire stay has been awful. The bistro is very over priced. We will never be back!
