Disliked: Tv in room didn’t work. We had stayed there due to bad weather. Call the front desk and got the run around. Told that other people tvs maybe out but no one has called. All the tvs in the lobby was working.

Convenient and familiar

Liked: I stayed here before and had a positive experience. The location was convenient, the rooms were comfortable and the staff was friendly.
Disliked: Confusion over what was included in the added breakfast. Half of my party was told one thing and the other half something different. Resulting in some having a meal with a beverage and others just having bagels. Aside from the confusion over the breakfast, the constructionand upgrades had one of the rooms with a faulty bathroom door, a non working television and the ice machine on our floor was unusable(covered in dust and debris and not working).

Disliked: The TV screen has black lines through it screen defect or something so didn’t watch tv I was more interested in sleeping anyway
