Overall, our stay was excellent.

Liked: Location of hotel was very convenient short distance to Troy University which was hosting the Middle School SEUS Clinic and Honor Bands. The service staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: The mini fridge did not stay on the whole time due to a switch on the inside which you could choose to either cool for 2 hours or turn off for. . .I can't remember how long. Anyway, I'm diabetic and my insulin needed to be constantly refrigerated. I ended up keeping it on ice in the ice bucket, which was a little inconvenient.

Liked: The hotel was a Marriott and close to our destination.
Disliked: The property was under construction. We were awaken at 6:30 am to roofers on our end of the building. It sounded like workers were coming though the roof it was so loud.

Passable

Disliked: No breakfast

I won’t stay here again.

Liked: The breakfast was good but it took too long.
Disliked: The hotel was very overpriced. They were renovating and it was a mess. There was a lot of noise above my room. The desk clerk was not helpful. The room lighting as adequate.

Liked: There was no breakfast I paid for it and there was none. Lack of staff
Disliked: The room was dirty. There was half eaten food in the spare sheets. The ice machine was broken and I was charged for parking when there were 4 cars in the parking lot. I was charged food tax when there wasn't any food.

Disappointing

Liked: Breakfast was not offered at this location
Disliked: As I got off of the elevator, the first thing I saw was a large area where the wallpaper was pealing off the walls. The staff did their job, but there were no smiles or interaction that made me feel welcome. There was no breakfast, as is usually offered.
