Clean room way over priced...

Disliked: For the price of the room it should have included breakfast which it didn't and I paid $15 bucks for two normal coffees at the lobby.This place thinks it's downtown toronto when it's not it's Vaughan.The coffee maker in the room had no water bottles to make the coffee or no creamer or sugar subsitutes.Shower walk in was nice but the glass doors are way too low hit my head three times.

If you’re going to pay...

Liked: Clean rooms with a nice atmosphere. Loved the indoor pool/hot tub
Disliked: They don’t read requests if you book through booking.com. I went to think hotel specifically hoping to get a jacuzzi room only to find out they don’t care to read any requests if you book through a third party. I’d never heard of this before. Also anytime I had to call the front desk the staff acted as though it was a burden to have had to answer the call.

Disliked: - bed was supposed to be king sized .My partners feet were off the bed . He’s 6 ft.- low quality toilet paper- no toiletries like hand or body lotion .- room air is very dry ( hence the need for lotion )
