Liked: The staff and facilities were great, friendly and accommodating. I certainly would recommend the hotel to friends. I felt safe and the location was close enough to the subway, which we used to get to the ball game. The bed and bedding were comfortable and warm.
Disliked: The instructions for using the coffee maker were ambiguous and incomplete. I was not able to get a cup of coffee until my 2nd day and after 2 or 3 attempts. Perhaps the instructions could be clearer, such as plugging it in before doing anything with the pods and water. There were not enough towels at the pool. There was a family and when my friends and I went swimming, the towels were all gone. So that meant a trip back to my room soaking wet. Perhaps pool towels should be left in the room, thereby assuring a pool user that they can dry off.
