Liked: Spacious and clean room. Check-out time was 12.00pm and it was really helpful for me to have enough time to prepare for my flight.
Disliked: Airport shuttle was a bit difficult to find but it might be an airport's problem.

Liked: I love it it's AWESOME nice staff and a cool wallpaper and a really soft bed. I honestly love it

Room fine, shuttle regular, not...

Liked: Easy access to airport, comfortable king bed. Bottle of water on arrival. Regular shuttle service with very helpful drivers.
Disliked: No free coffee in lobby. And no tea in lobby or room. Other airport hotels are better value.

Exceptional

Liked: I do not usually write reviews so Courtyard by Marriott Toronto Airport is exceptional for me. The room was big, sofa bed was big and comfortable. I wished I stayed there for longer. It was very worth the money.
Disliked: Nothing

Booking.com failed

Liked: We never got to stay at this place because you booked us into a sold out hotel.
Disliked: Booking.com messed up. We never stayed here. Even though you confirmed the booking with me, the hotel was sold out. When I called you guys, you kept me on hold for about 30 minutes and then the call disconnected. I got an email a few days later from you guys apologizing.
