Disappointed

Liked: Very clean facility. Hotel near lots of food places.
Disliked: I reserved room for 3 ppl and was under the impression that meant food for 3 when I purchased breakfast options. It did not. I definitely think that was misleading. I should have just purchased a room without breakfast!

Liked: The staff were exceptional. My experience was the people who are from Jamaica were so polite & accommodating. Then when I decided to get dinner there, I was so surprised how good it was. I have to say that I'm picky about dirty martinis & the ones that the Jamaican girl made were very good. I can't say that about most hotel restaurants.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: There is no proper breakfast service. A few items to select from at a Starbucks downstairs.Rooms are only cleaned on request. Never experienced that before
