Disliked: The city road into was horrible need attention to city for pavement into. No complimentary breakfast.pool needed attention too.

A little disappointed!

Liked: We was expecting continental breakfast, but was disappointed on that. We also had to change to another room because the TV didn't work. The Lady that checked us into our room was not welcoming or friendly, she needs to work on her people skills. All other staff members were friendly.

Disappointing

Liked: Had a nice clean smell
Disliked: The website did not state the pool was closed for renovation, that was the whole reason we booked there was for the pool! Very disappointing, our room was literally 50 degrees when we checked in, heat barely worked.. we sat there with 2 blow dryers going for over an hour to warm up our room. Housekeeping came into our room, however, they did not clean it.. just out 1 clean towel in the bathroom when there were 4 people. I tried talking to the front desk lady about my concerns, but she chose to ignore me and not say a word! I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.
