Liked: Was totally fine for what I needed for the night. Clean and comfortable. No complaints.

Liked: The girls at the front desk were particularly kind. Delicious cookies at the lobby. The shower had a comfortable design. All the installations look new and clean.

Booking. com and the hotels...

Liked: The facilities were fine except for the fact there was only 1 elevator. and if the birds ate the crumbs that led to this elevator, you could never find it. Seriously!
Disliked: Our check in was ridiculous. Took 45 minutes. All 3 reservations were thru Booking. com. The first one for 2 nights was in the computer. no issue. The second one that added a night could not be found. The same with the 3rd reservation for a friend. The receptionist could not recognize the Booking. com reservation numbers. She did not have a phone # either to call you. These later two were ultimately found under N/A Dan and Steve N/A. I am sure I completed all 3 reservations in the same manner--no idea how they were messed up between you and the hotel.
