Not pleasant!

Liked: The windows opened and easy access to the freeway.
Disliked: The staff were hurried and not helpful. It was located away from every thing, no restaurants or stores within walking distance. The room smelled absolutely horrible even after opening the window completely and they tried to cover it with a spray which made it worse! The bed sunk in, the bed linen was cheap, the towels were old and the shower curtain was ripped apart on top! Definitely not worth the amount charged to you!!

Liked: There was a Hurricane , no electricity and would not refund my deposit so I could stay at another location and still charged full price for a room with no hot water ,electricity or feeling of security! Your inability to have a safe secure hotel is your own doing and I will never stay at that location again. Completely dissatisfied with your staff,hotel and services!
Disliked: Everything and everyone at this location was unprepared and unhelpful!
