Not a good experience.

Disliked: The walls of the building are paper thin. I think all of the surrounding rooms were rented out to herds of elephants. Could not sleep. The balcony, that I paid extra for, was tiny and hardly fit the chairs that were there. The pool was small and dirty. The food and beverages available at the "Bistro Cafe" in the lobby area, were overpriced and horrible. Finally, charging an extra fee for parking is absurd. Each room should include 1 parking space.

Liked: I liked the breakfast options and Starbucks coffee in the main lobby.
Disliked: I didn’t like that we had to pay for parking. I thought that was unusual from all my stays at previous hotels, the parking was always included.

Liked: Checkout. Theresa was very friendly and knowledgeable.
Disliked: Check in process was sketchy. Bonita(sp) was abrupt and not very friendly. Needs training on how to let customers know the extent of all added charges not posted on website.
