Nice rooms, poor wifi and...
Liked: The room was nice and the bed comfortable, the hotel is very good situated. However the wifi connection was very bad/slow. We even decided to pay for an upgrade which then didn't work either, frontdesk couldn't solve it. Some of the people at the frontdesk were more confusing than helpful, but they were kind in general. The parking is very expensive but the guys from the valet service were very helpful, kind and dedicated.

Liked: Clean, comfortable it had my necessities.
Disliked: The hotel does not have designated parking (private parking), you have to park you car else where or do valet parking.

Disappointed with Marriott
Liked: The staff was very nice, the location was convenient. I like that they had valet parking but it was extra at $45 per day. The room looked nice and the beds were comfortable.
Disliked: I had a highly disappointing experience during my stay. The cleanliness of the room was unacceptable—I found someone’s fake teeth under the ottoman, which was absolutely disgusting. When I reported this to the front desk, they seemed indifferent and didn’t even offer an apology. To make matters worse, I had to bring the item down to them myself, which was incredibly uncomfortable.Additionally, the breakfast was mediocre at best, overpriced, and the lines were excessively long. On top of that, housekeeping staff were cleaning carpets during our stay. They knocked on our door shortly after we arrived and asked if they could clean our room, which was extremely inconvenient as we had just settled in. To make matters worse, they left soap all over the hallway floor, and it remained there for three days!I also encountered issues with pricing. I originally booked directly with Marriott but found a much lower rate ($270 less) on Booking.com. When I asked Marriott to price match, they refused, so I canceled my reservation and kept the Booking.com one.Overall, this stay was a terrible experience. Between the cleanliness issues, poor service, and lack of accountability, I won’t be staying here again. I expected much better from Marriott.
