You should not promote yourself as an event hotel when you are too rigid to allow me to reschedule when the event was postponed.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: The inflexible policy.

Love the location walking distance to the Moon; really nice hotel.

Liked: Easy access to the room, elevator parking lot and lobby. Ice machines on every floor. And the balcony !
Disliked: I didn't get my breakfast that I paid for. The halls were cold at night.
