Liked: I stayed here years ago and had a great time. My kids loved it and the amenities were great!
Disliked: To start, the pool was not heated and no one there knew how to unlock a door to see if it was a broken heater or just turned off!! The reason i took my kids there was for the heated pool and that was a bust! It was freezing cold!! I asked for extra pillows since there was 4 of us and there kinda small but they didn’t have any! The Starbucks inside the hotel had one hotel worker that didn’t know how to make any of the drinks! The only friendly person that i talked to while there was the security guard, everyone else seemed miserable and didn’t want to be talked to even if it was just to get a bottle of water! Breakfast ended at 9 witch seems a bit short, especially since when we signed in the lady said it was open until 11 and we got excited about that, we went down at 10ish and it was all cleaned up and over. I’m sure that was just a misunderstanding on our/there part so I’m not mad about that though.

Liked: The pool was nice and the maid's were amazing. Very kind and professional
Disliked: The bar wasn't open cause there wasn't much occupancy There wasn't a shuttle to bring you places and there wasn't a complementary breakfast. And there wasn't a microwave in my room.And the fridge was extra small.There was only one elevator working.And the pool closed early.
