Great stay for Saracuse dome!

Liked: Little details, friendly knowledgeable staff, beautiful place. Best stay at Saracuse that we've had for the marching band competition.
Disliked: We couldn't open the balcony door.

Superb

Liked: Raven and Ada were great helping with some reservations issues. Recreation area looked great although I did not use it. Lobby chairs by fireplace were very appealing !
Disliked: Computer system the Front Desk Agents had to use was archaic and slow.

Liked: Nice courtyard, friendly people in an area, which was convenient for everything we were in Syracuse for
Disliked: The room looked like it had just had some construction done to it, and the cleanup from the construction was not completely finished, but they did accommodate us with the connecting rooms so we did not complain. Also made a reservation and the reservation was put under someone else’s name and then we still got charged for it this correction hopefully has been made.
