A comfortable stay, but don’t...

Liked: The beds and pillows are very comfortable.
Disliked: The furniture looked a bit old and tired. The bathroom, lacked nice toiletries, just a small bar of soap & a tiny moisturiser. The breakfast was average quality, with salmon with no taste, no capers or creme fresh to go with it. The bread is too public where anyone can handle it. The coffee is undrinkable!! In Sweden where coffee has a great flavour, their coffee is terrible. One front desk staff member said it was ok to pay Sek600 from the city centre to the hotel !?! Then another staff member said the taxi was a scammer!

Liked: The room was great, the breakfast was also good and staff were all very professional. I will most likely visit again soon.
Disliked: Need a swimming pool. And prices were a bit expensive for me personally

Liked: Bfast is excellent. Location is just okay bcos train, taxi and buses are just right outside the hotel. Room is the best. The frontdesk gave us a good room. ❤️
Disliked: There is no hair straightener. But that's okay.

Good experience with a spacious...

Liked: The check-in staff is warm and friendly. Room spacious for two 26" luggages. Breakfast with good varieties of choices.
Disliked: We arranged an airport taxi transfer through the hotel, but the checkout staff failed to inform us that the taxi had been waiting for 15 minutes despite our anxious inquiries (not due to language barrier. Native Swedish speakers in our group). A bit more empathy regarding the guest's need to catch the flight on time would elevate the experience to a perfect 10 out of 10..

Dependable quality hotel

Liked: Nice clean hotel and rooms, with good facilities, where small things are well taken care of. I have stayed there many times. Always good.
Disliked: Annoying that there is not room service. You have to go to restaurant and order, and carry to room yourself. But in the big picture it is a small issue.
