Friendliest staff ever. Great option...

Liked: The experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. Our flight landed early in the morning, and we arrived at the hotel around 9 am. However, they told us that our room was ready. They had a great gesture of courtesy, and we didn’t have to pay anything extra. The facilities are spotless, and the location is ideal because it is away from the city center but very accessible by public transportation and even within walking distance. The breakfast is also very good, but above all, I want to highlight the staff, both those serving breakfast and the reception staff, all very friendly, especially those working at noon. The bearded guy al front desk, whose name I can’t remember, was very attentive with us. I would definitely recommend it and would visit the hotel again.

Disliked: The second time around, initially the service at front desk wasn’t good especially cos of one person at the desk. Later on another person took over and gave very good service

Lovely, pleasant stay - would...

Liked: Comfy bed, good breakfast and friendly staff. Good location. Apart from the obvious, I have a few simple ways to judge a good hotel or B&B: a proper bedside light that works, a safe that's free and easy to use, and finally proper orange juice and real coffee at breakfast. All passed - and that's really unusual!
Disliked: As there is a fridge, some milk to have with the tea and coffee would be good. I brought my own up from the bar.

Very happy with our stay....

Liked: Room was great, nice and clean. Spacious. The staff were excellent, especially the girl with the little skull necklace. She was 10/10. Breakfast was perfect. The locations was perfect for what we wanted. Close to restaurants and activities.
Disliked: The needs to be something to put your shoes in when arriving in the room, as it is winter and gravel gets in your shoes. The gravel ended up scattering around the room, which was annoying. But everything else was good.

Liked: Enjoyed my stay, and the service is great
Disliked: It was coldish in januari, air conditioning could not set up at higher temperature, and for big room - it was perceived as coldish. Of course we could have asked about some additional heating system, but we did not. I also would like to see more fresh shower equipment, as it was all oldish and with calcium buildup

Liked: The stuff was kind and really they were helpful, the facilities too good and more than perfect specially the lobby and the chairs outside and everything is clean
Disliked: The location not good enough The restaurant is too bad don’t try it at all
