Disappointing

Disliked: The TV only had one channel, there wasn't anybody at the desk when I tried to check out, and I got charged more on my card than what my receipt says and I got no information at check in about why this may have occurred. I'm going to call and ask if it's maybe part of a security deposit or what, but regardless I should have been informed.

Disliked: I fell in the shower. The shampoo and shower wash was in the back of the shower in the sloped part of the shower making me fall against the granite seat. I have a big bruise on my back from the fall.

This was a great place...

Liked: The bed was comfortable, and the shower was nice and roomy.The small sofa was very comfortable which made catching late TV enjoyable.
Disliked: Try to keep the trash cans outside emptied and not allow them to overflow.

Back to having a great...

Liked: They had new staff since I had been there last. I appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the woman at the desk. Last time I was there (2 years ago) I was insulted by the staff upon checkin.
Disliked: N/a.
