Overall we are very happy.

Liked: The room was clean and the location was perfect. It was nice to have a parking service.
Disliked: It was nice to have a parking space but not convenient enough.

Disappointed, dissatisfied.

Liked: Arrived after long drive, checked into my room it was filthy….Went back down to the desk, was told they’re upgrading me into a balcony suit, which was what I originally reserved. It was an insult to my intelligence. No apologies, said that a manager will call me in the morning. It’s now 24hrs later. Still no phone call. I took pictures of the dirty room they initially gave me. So not happy, what I paid for one night. Definitely not worth it.
Disliked: The unprofessionalism, and disregard from the front desk. And not having any management or supervisor around at about 10pm on 11/30 that I can speak too

Hotel was very clean and...

Liked: The property was very clean and well maintained. Great location, too!
Disliked: The king room with pullout has a TWIN sized pullout, not a full or double. That wasn’t clear when I made my reservation.

Business stay

Liked: The rooms were nice and spacious, facilities of the partner hotel were nice and I used the gym there. There was a nice restaurant nearby and nice for a business stay
Disliked: The staff was ok, when I arrived I was trying to pay but my cards didn't work although they worked in the rest of the US (neither the Visa, nor the maestro) and the machine was old so not tap-pay. So, good to know when booking that an American card is needed.
