Liked: Great location for the venue we needed.
Disliked: Room was dirty, very dusty and allergy triggering. Last person's rose petals and deflated balloon were in the the pull out couch. Ac / heat unit needs cleaning.

Liked: It has all the features of a hotel plus next to Targets and Macy’s and restaurants. It has shuttle service to the train station.

Overall we are very happy.

Liked: The room was clean and the location was perfect. It was nice to have a parking service.
Disliked: It was nice to have a parking space but not convenient enough.

Disappointed, dissatisfied.

Liked: Arrived after long drive, checked into my room it was filthy….Went back down to the desk, was told they’re upgrading me into a balcony suit, which was what I originally reserved. It was an insult to my intelligence. No apologies, said that a manager will call me in the morning. It’s now 24hrs later. Still no phone call. I took pictures of the dirty room they initially gave me. So not happy, what I paid for one night. Definitely not worth it.
Disliked: The unprofessionalism, and disregard from the front desk. And not having any management or supervisor around at about 10pm on 11/30 that I can speak too
