Comfortable, clean and convenient stay...
Liked: Staff was friendly, location was convenient but also quiet and surrounded by lots of trees, there was a nice cafe with a great selection which served food until 9 PM and opened for breakfast at 6:30 AM. This made a huge difference for our trip.
Disliked: The door to the bathroom was difficult to close

Liked: Super friendly, clean and safe. I always looks at neighborhoods when I’m traveling Super polite military guests! Even the kids were well behaved
Disliked: The bathroom door stuck a bit when you opened and closed it

Worse Checkin Experience Ever
Liked: It was clean
Disliked: We didn't have any washcloths and some of the wall plugins didn't work I was trying to iron and it wouldn't get hot so I had to try all the plug ins till I found one that worked but the worst part about our experience at the hotel was the checkin front desk clerk/receptionist we had a slight issue with checking in and she had no hospitality manners at all she was rude, sarcastic and not a problem solver she kept getting sarcastic with me even when I tried asking reasonable questions concerning our booking so I had to call booking.com to confirm that they did book the room for us and even then while I'm on the phone with their rep she kept making sarcastic comments at me which then at that point caused me to get irritated with her. Then when booking rep called to talked to her on the phone she was nasty with him as well but I will never again stay there nor recommend it to anyone. My thing is the issue was an easy fix had she talked to me verses talking at me we could have figured what the problem was without me having to call Booking.com because they did reserve the room for us which was booked 2 or 3 weeks prior to us arriving there and the fact that we drove 12 hrs to get there she showed no compassion whatsoever. Last thing after she talked to booking rep and she saw that they did book the room for us that's when she started trying to talk nice and friendly but by that time it was too late because I was pissed at her behavior. That's why I rated the hotel a 2 because your experience with checking in should be with the utmost respect and friendly attitude that is required in the hospitality business and that is something she very much lacked.
