Great stay with friendly service...

Liked: It was a beautiful property and perfectly located in walking distance to lots of great restaurants and shop, and if you don’t want to walk there is a free trolley service. Also, the dining option on the property was had great options, serve, and good quality of food.
Disliked: I was really disappointed in the cleanliness of our room. There was a big spot on the floor that kinda looked like blood ( not sure what it was), the ottoman had dirt and hair on it, and around the baseboards in the bathroom there was hair and gunk. For the price I expected better.

Nice hotel for a short...

Liked: nice room, bar at the premises, pool and gym but I haven't use it.
Disliked: room was little dark, view to the back wasn't appealing, valet parking was expensive, bar / restaurant open hours limited the options to buy food

Positive

Disliked: The pool room was warm and the temperature of the pool was great always good sized towels in the pool room available. Bathrooms had shampoo/conditioner and body wash super clean rooms and bathrooms fluffy towls and big fluffy comfy beds pillows and linens, complimentary fresh fruit daily. The downsides are the wait time for elevators, with one being out of commission. There are not ice machines or microwaves on each floor.
