Liked: The location was nice.
Disliked: The room smelled funny, and the hot water did not work well. The water in the shower was barely warm.

Clean but not conducive to...

Liked: Clean and friendly staff.
Disliked: The air conditioner was very loud and so was the street noise. I was on the 3rd floor .

A safe hotel in downtown...

Liked: I'm answering this questionnaire from the perspective of the person who booked the rooms, not the people who stayed in them. Booked rooms for news crews working during Hurricane Milton. Angel on the front desk was exceptionally helpful and made everything go smoothly.
Disliked: I feel like your room price was awfully high. I do hope this wasn't hurricane price gouging in action.

Nice Hotel

Liked: It was a nice hotel. Location was good. Downtown. 20 minute walk to Tropicana Field. 15 Minutes to the pier & beach,
Disliked: Only one comment here. While the rooms were clean, the restocking of the room was not consistent. A guess should not have to ask to refill the coffee or toilet paper. If a room uses 1 coffee pack than it should be restocked with 1 the next cleaning as an example.
