Liked: The rooms were quiet. You couldn’t hear people next door. The rooms themselves were nice.
Disliked: Housekeeping entered immediately after 2 knocks and did not announce it was housekeeping. They entered while I was changing. I assumed it was my boyfriend coming back from the car letting me know he was coming in.

Pool needs some maintaining.

Liked: Receptionist seemed to care about me and seemed to want to help me. Room was big and pleasant.
Disliked: We stayed at this hotel for the Pool was over chlorinated . Kids hated swimming in it and made our trip unpleasant. Not having a light switch to control the inner lights was inconvenient. The shower not having a door placed a lot of water on the bathroom floor and I slipped. Breakfast was unclear and I felt that it was for a group of people and not my family.

Liked: Very clean and welcoming. Staff was great and super friendly. Room was very clean and comfortable
Disliked: I only rated it a 9 because the tv didn’t work. There were no channels or streaming services like advertised. I didn’t tell anyone so that’s on me but it was a downside.
