Disliked: The front desk staff double charged my card after I already paid via booking.com & the charges are still pending a week later even after contacting them about the mistake

I’ll be back in April.

Liked: The size of my room was exceptional. We had forgot a few toiletries, but the front desk staff was very accommodating.
Disliked: Loved the room, there were however some unsightly stains on the shower curtain and outside of the tub. Looked like rust or something not sure.

Liked: This was the nicest hotel I have ever had the pleasure of staying and was truly beautiful. The staff was extremely friendly and very well mannered, and the room was absolutely excellent. Thank you for the experience.
Disliked: Parking and no pool were the only downside for us but we very much enjoyed our stay.

It was comfortable and clean.

Liked: The staff were courteous and helpful. The location was convenient and we were able to walk where we needed to go. It is a beautiful hotel. I loved the original decor in the lobby and hallways.
