Stay somewhere else!

Liked: I booked a suite, that stated it was a split room with a rollout bed. I booked that, paying an additional fee to a double bed, so my kids could sleep while I worked. However the room was not as described. It was one room with one bed and a tiny couch! My son slept terribly on the couch and no extra sleeping for the kids! I paid extra and had yo deal with unnecessary inconveniences, we would have been better off saying less and getting a double bed! I also paid extra for breakfast, that was not provided either! A total waste of $315!!!!

Disappointing

Liked: The staff was either evasive or dishonest….i paid for “breakfast included “ and at check in was told it was not….also at check in, immediately given a parking pass but not informed that there was a fee, even though I asked if it was freeLater in the evening, when I said that I checked and said I looked at my booking and breakfast was included, same FD staff said they could not tell me any info about that and that I should ask in the morning.So…..in the morning, was told that I would get a “breakfast allowance of $10” which is less than the cost of anything on the menu.
