Liked: Upon arrival we we're not greeted just was asked if we here to check in!. And we noticed after we check in that the next two couples were asked which floor would you prefer

Liked: Staff was AMAZING!! From check in to check out! They were extremely pleasant and helpful! The room was comfy and well equipped. I like the bed placement in the room-off center of the room and not against ajoining wall--very thoughtful! The bistro is a great concept and the vibe was great. After a long day and not wanting to wait in long lines for local restaurant, the convience was wonderful--downfall, it was mediocre at best.
Disliked: The bathroom needs to be updated and could have been cleaner. There were several hairs on the floor near the tub and the caulking is old with mildew. One of the casters on the roll out portion of the desk was broken/missing. The desk was held up with the chair being pushed in--I actually forgot to alert the staff regarding this as well as the 110 outlet of the left side of the bed was broken. The sofa was not comfortable at all, nice size, but lacking on comfort. The small table was perfect for eating and using my laptop. We ate at the bistro for dinner, brought our food up to our room. Cashier was great, but the food was lacking in taste. Fries tasted like they had been cooked in an air fryer. For the price, my expectations were much higher. Overall, we would stay again, with hopes that the bathroom updates are done soon! :)
