Liked: Across from beach access. Away from city/town noise. Nice rooms. Great little cafe/bar option. Close to restaurants. “Trolley” tour to St A picks up at the door-very convenient !
Disliked: Price is double what I had hoped to pay.

Liked: The location and that it had parking.
Disliked: The housekeeping department seemed to be short staffed. My room wasn’t cleaned one night as it should have been. Was told housekeeping had gone home for the night at 5:00 pm.The next day, it was on the list to be cleaned but that wasn’t done until 5:30 at night. They were still cleaning the rooms on the floor at 6:30pm.

Liked: The staff at Starbucks did not look like they were enjoying their jobs. The staff at the hotel was excellent.

Exceptional

Liked: Walking distance to beach was easy and right across the road. Traffic was heavy in st Augustine so we chose to Uber which was readily available. The desk attend was very kind and accommodating. She even provide me a list of recommended local restaurants.

Poor

Disliked: When checking in there was no one at the reception, we waited 5 minutes, and on the other hand the pillow had drops of dried blood, they only told us that we had to talk to the manager the next morning, and they changed our pillow, they should do more supervision, for such an expensive hotel these things should not happen.
