Disappointing

Disliked: - having new staff at the front during checkout should be a no no .. they are informed & it’s frustrating how I had to call about the charge .. just for me not to get any money back and some reward points -.-

Liked: I loved the entire updated lobby area and all the staff were friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: I didn't like that there wasn't a microwave in the room and that there were alot of hours in between when you couldn't get cooked food or coffee. The food was excellent though when they were open.
