Liked: The location was very convenient and there were plenty of food and entertainment options close by.
Disliked: There was a very large roach on the ceiling of my room as soon as I entered. I killed it immediately. I was exhausted from a day of travel and just wanted to lay down since it was late at night. I scooped it up in a cup and put a cover on it. I went down first thing the next morning to switch rooms. I also let the front desk person know that they may want to spray the room or treat it. I brought the bug with me just in case. She barely made eye contact with me and it didn't seem like she actually cared. Not even the fake apology. Just made my keys for the next room and sent me on my way. For me, the customer service was very lacking.

Disliked: Staff offered me late check out, just for the room service people knocking on my door 8 times from the time of 8:30 am. Twice the a make staff member came into my room unannounced while I was sleeping. Totally unacceptable
