Disliked: Imagine driving 3.5 hours and walking into a Hotel Lobby to check in at 9pm and 50 of your friends greet you with a "Happy Birthday cheer!" Followed by a Hotel worker (Main Desk) yelling back to "keep it down or else she's going to call the police and have them arrested"..Followed by telling one of our 30 parents staying at the hotel, "to go f--k themselves". You can't make this shit up, bc if I had it on video I'd be Tic Tok famous..

Liked: Clean, friendly staff, good location.
Disliked: The pool was very cold, too cold to swim. The king bed was well worn, so much so it was uncomfortable and probably is in need of replacement. For as much as I paid I was not expecting these issues.

Liked: Didn't make breakfast on time - would love a later option for those who don't get up early. Room was nice, liked the couch for seating.
Disliked: Advertised a restaurant, but couldn't use it because they hadn't received shipment of food. Restaurant is a misleading word when you look at the menu of what we could have ordered. More like a diner. No hot tub (I thought there was one listed in the description). See above for breakfast. Staff was nice, but not usually at the front desk. They came quickly when we were there, but it's strange to walk in and not see anyone.

Would select this hotel again

Liked: The location was easy in and out and there were plenty of restaurants and shopping close by.
Disliked: Wished there had been a Continental Breakfast.
