Worst stay ever

Disliked: My stay was for my husband and I for my son's wedding shower.I am a handicap traveler so prior to my stay I called the hotel to confirm they would be accommodating my stay with my issue with a walking shower, higher toilet, short walk to room from entrance door, bed low enough so I could get into it, etc. On the phone, they confirmed and sent me an email stating they will meet my needs and I will not be getting a hearing accessible room, which was my original room.When I checked in I went over this again and they said they are doing renovations and they do not have handicap rooms. They put me in a Hearing accessible room with a tub.When checking in they said to park on the East side of hotel as that is the closest to our room. As we were walking to our room we heard a housekeeper yelling and cussing about his job and then throwing things at his cart. We found our room to be the last room at the end of the hall and has an exit door next to it but we can't get to it due to the renovations and no carts are there to help bring in luggage or bring out luggage. Each time coming and going we had to deal with housekeeping carts being in the middle of the hall and blocking the walk way so we had to move it as they wouldn't and then they would get madThey did give me a transition chair for the tub however it did not fit so my husband still had to help me take a shower as there was no hand wand and I can't lift my legs over a tub due to my condition. The toilet was so low that my husband had to help me off the toilet plus it was broke as it kept running. Luckily my husband is a plumber so he fixed the toilet..The sink aerator had water spraying everywhere so again my husband the plumber had to come to the rescue to fix it so we weren't getting soaked to wash our hands. Good thing we brought our own hand soap as there was no soap at the sink to wash your hands or face or anything.
