Liked: The hotel is very well-decorated, clean and located within easy access of the airport. The staff is friendly and helpful. We appreciated the free shuttle.
Disliked: During the night there were several times when there were doors slamming and somewhere above us there was banging. It was difficult to sleep.The restaurant food and service were great, but we found it very expensive.

Will never be back!

Disliked: Booked on line didn’t find out about construction until arrival noise was horrible.

Liked: Clean, quiet…kind of
Disliked: Because we were local, we were told at arrival that a 250 dollar hold would be placed on our card which would be returned after check out. Turns out the hold isn’t released for 3-10 business days.

Never stay there again.

Liked: Food was BIG issue. Advertised “Bistro” never open? Eat from vending machines and NO coffee in lobby! WTF!!!
Disliked: See above.

Liked: Room was nice, and beds were comfortable.
Disliked: No one showed up to cook any breakfast which was included in the room price . I received $20 back from the hotel for this problem. No one even fixed any coffee for the morning hours.
