All the staff were very gracious despite it being Anime week-end. The pool and hot tub were splendid. The housekeepers did an excellent job.

Disliked: When I got here I hand double room door I felt uncomfortable I can here the next people in there room I rather one door only no joint room unless I have family with me it shall be asked if I have 3 to 4 others so I stayed 2 more days and moved to a room with balcony and I was very pleased

Safe. Clean. Wifi and heat...

Liked: Clean. Safe. Shower was great. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Room was too hot and when I adjusted the temp, thermostat pretended to adjust but in fact did not adjust. Bed was too soft. More support in a mattress is a good thing. WiFi was awful. It should be easy to connect and I should not have to call a special number and get somebody in India and have them add my device to their system. Good grief. Now I have to worry that I’ve given away access to my information to people I don’t know and that is not a safe feeling. Staff at desk offered to send an “engineer”up to my room to take care of WiFi but I did not want someone coming into my room and gaaaah shouldn’t the heat and WiFi just WORK without our having to admit some stranger to our room? As I was leaving, I came back up to my room to load all of my stuff onto a luggage cart which I had located downstairs. My card would not let me back into the room no matter what I tried. I still had 30 minutes before checkout time. I had to bother one of the women cleaning the rooms to let me back in.
