All the staff were very gracious despite it being Anime week-end. The pool and hot tub were splendid. The housekeepers did an excellent job.

Liked: Staff was very friendly, room was spacious and clean, and overall pretty nice
Disliked: When we booked the room, we were promised free breakfast, but once we arrived, we were informed that wasn't offered at this location. We specifically picked this hotel because it offered free breakfast, and had we known it didn't, we would have chosen a different location. Additionally, we could not access the free wifi because you had to do so through the hotel's app which was non-functional for us the entire trip. So overall, the amenities we were looking for were just unavailable.

Mostly good, would stay there...

Liked: Good location (close to the interstate); breakfast was pretty good; easy to check in and check out; bed was comfortable; good water pressure in shower; spacious room; ample parking
Disliked: Elevator was a bit slow; maid knocked before we checked out and didn't give us time to come and open the door before she opened it to come in to clean, which was unnerving (and unprofessional, as it didn't take my husband that long to get to the door, and he called out as he walked to the door to let the person know we were in there!); walls are a bit thin, so, you can hear people in the hallways (unless you're the maid, apparently...).

Disliked: Breakfast place should be open after breakfast for tea and coffee.
