Disliked: The fact that booking.com. ripped me off $276.76 bc The hotel never received confirmation of my stay. I contacted booking.com right away and waited more then 20mins on hold for me never get through. I had my two year old daughter with me and we had to sleep in the car in the hospital parking lot bc. We ain't from sioux city and they was Al the money I had

Disliked: Bed mattress way to firm and already has a sag on one side. There is a 'master switch' that runs lighting. Get rid of that and have regular circuitry.
