Liked: Room was good and check in easy.
Disliked: We were awakened at 9:10 AM by housekeeping staff, when the door was banged open very loudly against the security lock, without so much as a knock or apology. Following this the staff was in the hallway having extremely loud conversations. We were fast asleep when this occurred and were unable to return to sleep.

Liked: i liked how quiet it was in the building and that the staff was willing to turn off the artificial fragrances being pumped through the air vents and not spray our room with toxic perfumes. the room and hallways were very clean, the furniture was comfortable and the staff were kind.
Disliked: there shouldn't be any artificial fragrances being pumped through the air vents and nor should there be any sprays in the rooms using toxic perfumes, the fact that we had to call in advance and then ask again at the desk and be worried about an allergic reaction was a hassle. also, the rooms on one side of the hotel are quieter because there is a major road and traffic noise on the other side.
