Reduce the prices for this hotel. For what I paid, I thought it would’ve been MUCH better.

Disliked: Overpriced, hugely! I’ve stayed in way nicer hotels in NYC for less. This is Silver Spring, lol. Have to use your room card to run the elevators, but they don’t tell you. Attached parking garage kept refusing my card when I tried to leave. Thankfully I had a guest with a card that went through, otherwise I would’ve drove right through that stupid gate.

The staff couldn't have been nicer! The refrigerator was absurdly small. The trash cans were even smaller. The phone barely worked with lots of static. The recommended parking deck was NOT user friendly and VERY dangerous as it had 0 security cameras in an area experiencing a serious car-jacking crime wave.

We had a very nice stay at the Courtyard by Marriott. I'd definitely return.
