Liked: Nice room, we like Marriott very much
Disliked: Charged $25 per night to park in an open self parking. I have traveled extensively and never been charged for regular open self parking.

Disliked: Because I booked this from booking.com the room was assigned was between 3 buildings, there was no view. I booked this hotel in Sedona to enjoy red mountain views. But they allocated me the room between 3 buildings.They have coffee machine in room, but no tea. This is discriminating rule.They clean room only once in 2 days. This is cheap rule to cut cost. I booked this expensive hotel, but cleanliness has 0 rating.

Disliked: Subject: Feedback on My Thanksgiving Stay - Courtyard MarriottI regret to report that my recent stay at your hotel during Thanksgiving was the worst hotel experience I have ever encountered, leaving me feeling humiliated and deeply disappointed. Over the course of my stay, I spent $1,500, which I expected would provide a welcoming and professional environment. Unfortunately, that was not the case.The front desk employee, Nicholas, displayed behavior that was rude, degrading, and utterly unprofessional. When I inquired about a line item on my bill during check-out, instead of assisting me, Nicholas responded dismissively, stating, “Do I look like a mind reader?” His tone was loud, disrespectful, and condescending, and I felt singled out and humiliated in front of other guests. I raised this concern with the manager, Amelia, who intervened. While her efforts were appreciated, the damage caused by Nicholas’s behavior was already done.What made this experience even more distressing was that I perceived Nicholas’s treatment to be racially biased. His conduct and lack of professionalism made me feel unwelcome and disrespected in a way I’ve never experienced at any other hotel.I plan to submit a formal complaint about this incident, as it is unacceptable for a staff member to treat guests in such a manner. I request that Marriott investigate this matter thoroughly and take appropriate steps to ensure that no other guest experiences such behavior in the future.I hope Marriott values its guests enough to respond promptly and meaningfully to this feedback. I am open to discussing this further and would appreciate a follow-up to address the situation.

Nice property with beautiful views!
Liked: Heated pool, fire pit, meditation spots, beds super comfy, staff great! Food at Bistro good, but pricey.
Disliked: A lot of noisy kids running around throughout our stay, slamming doors constantly, running in hallway, etc.
