Disliked: paying for parking that was not secure. anyone could drive in and park. elevator not secured with room key. another security issue. when arrived there was no staff at the desk. just a sign they would be back. as i entered the hotel i was almost run over by a woman rushing to get in the door. turned out she was the front desk attendant that was just arriving to work. not a secure hotel for the amount of crime in the area. sirens ran all night long. i won’t stay here again. you need to upgrade your safety for the sake of your guests.

Liked: Staff were pleasant. Had electric car charging station.
Disliked: First, it was difficult to park and reach the lobby. More signage would help.We parents traveling w/ adult sone booked a one bedroom suite/ with sleeper couch. We apparently got the last one. It was ground level. It had a busy street about 15 feet outside the window which was not at all sound proofed. The traffic was heavy because it led to a freeway entrance. We were not warned that it did not significantly decline all night long. We have never had such a bad location for a room. Had we been warned at check in, we would have requested a quieter room.
