Clean the bathrooms and I’ll be back. Nobody ants to pay $350 a night for a filthy hotel room. My husband was stuck in the elevator with a housekeeper who stunk so badly he then understood why the room wasn’t clean.

Disliked: The housekeepers need to be taught how to clean a bathroom. They do NOT bother or know how. Take them by the hand, one by one, work with them and teach them how to scrub a toilet, a sink, a shower. Nobody wants to stay in a hotel room with a bathroom that reeks of urine and is filthy.

Loved this place and would highly recommend it.

Liked: The room was pretty nice. I liked the little Bistro slash coffee bar in the lobby.
Disliked: One has to pay for parking. I don't know how common that is in Seattle but I don't run into that much elsewhere.

Disliked: Probably one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. With a cheap motel, you know what to expect. Paying almost 300$ a night you’d expect it do be better. Pool wasn’t open (under construction) and was posted as open on the website, we were woken up both mornings at 6AM by blaring loud tvs (the walls are paper thin), you have to pay PER night for parking, you can’t even get free WiFi without being a member, and the “cafe” upcharges by 4x what a normal coffee should be priced at. Everything with this place is a desperate cash grab and it’s sad, you’d think they’d get a better working elevator for the amount of money they rake in.
