Liked: Nice tv

Overall just ok.

Liked: Everything except not automatic linking with WiFi
Disliked: See above Because it’s downtown Seattle, had to pay $20 for parking. Hate that!

Chilly service

Liked: Room was clean and comfortable
Disliked: Price was drastically high for the room quality and amenities. Staff was bitter at times. Bar/restaurant had no food at 9:30 pm on a Friday. Staff was pretty rude when asking for service at 9:30 at the bar.

Liked: Did not end up staying as our room was not ready at 5:00 pm (2 hours after check in). I had prepaid room and they could not tell me when our room would be ready due to short housekeeping staff. Had to stay and pay at another hotel.

Still waiting for manager to return my call and refund my money after 5 days.

Liked: The property was very clean and everyone was kind and professional. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room set up was perfect for two people.
Disliked: There wasn’t enough warm water for two showers without waiting 10 minutes in between. The water could be a little warmer overall.
