Liked: Cozy lobby.
Disliked: My room (256) smelled very musty and did not seem very clean. I didn't want to walk on the rug barefoot and I'm not usually picky about that. The room felt humid and I was cold even after turning off the A/C. The sheet had spots and did not look like the cleanest. The elevator floor cruddy with dirt in one of the corners.

Liked: Breakfast was terrible. The hardest one piece of toast that I have ever paid for. The home fries were over-fried and not eatable. Total wasted of money.

The stay was digusting, and...

Liked: Nothing, but I must say the room sleeping area was decent.
Disliked: The pool was filthy, smelled like sweat and bleach with dirt floating in the pool, there was not 24 hour front desk service, there was mold in the bathroom , the WiFi and TV did not work.

Overall, poor customer service.

Disliked: During our stay, we had issue with the room, toilet flush wasn’t working, called front desk, they said they are going to take a look. Called after 30 minutes, staff said they are still busy. One hour passed by no call, around 1:20 am they called to ask what’s issue. Staff stated there was no other room to transfer us, also stated she is provide us with credit for the inconvenience but nothing was provided to us.

Overall it was a mediocre...

Disliked: The facility is old & starting to show in the room, bathroom tub, beddings & utilities. Breakfast was not very satisfactory, food choices were minimal.

Disliked: Fire pit not working so couldn’t relax outside & pool was down so couldn’t enjoy it No room service to put fresh towels & stuff
