Wonderful room, staff were very...

Liked: The location was a little farther from old town than I expected, but it was a nice walk and wasn’t too far at all. It would have been nice to have some breakfast options available for free, the American breakfast for purchase was extremely limited and expensive. Thankfully we had time to go to the restaurant across the street for breakfast before heading to the airport

Passable

Liked: The bathtub was not adequately cleaned, and the pillowcases had an unusual odor. Fortunately, I always bring my own pillowcases and blankets.
Disliked: I spent approximately $300 per night and the room did not meet my cleanliness expectations.

Too much money.

Liked: For the price, just not as nice as I’d hoped. I know pricing fluctuates based on availability but it was just way out whack based on the facility.
Disliked: Rooms were so so. Again, what we paid for verses what we received was disappointing. Staff were great! Super nice people. Just the price and age of rooms (plus the fortune from a fortune cookie of a prior guest found on the bed) made me feel used!

Good

Liked: The pool an hot tub were very nice. Staff was friendly and they helped us a bunch
Disliked: Our room smelt at checkin, they did move us though and that was very nice. I wish they had more pillows as the ones they had were VERY flat.

Disliked: The hotel is old and tired.Toilet runs, air conditioning runs loud.Entire room needs an update.Price expensive

Our trip was better once...

Liked: Location was the reason I picked this property. It’s within walking distance to the ball field and Old Town Scottsdale!
Disliked: Our first night the housekeeping pump above our room went bad. This caused a beyond horrible sound all night long. Sounded like a train, it was awful. Also, the beds are hard as rocks!

Over priced for the product...

Liked: The front desk worker at check in was very nice. Location is good for walking to Old Town.
Disliked: The rooms are really run down and dated. I didn’t have a single USB charger in the room- all standard outlets. The front desk staff typically didn’t pay attention to us as we were coming and going- no pleasantries.
