Bad

Disliked: Never got to stay. Came back from a trip with my 5 year old. Had terrible roads. Booked online with a debit Mastercard. Never told I needed an actual credit card. Was zero options and would not take a credit card from someone over the phone. And would not let me pre pay and have the room checked before I left. Had to chance driving home at 1:00am with a 5 year old after there were travel warnings all day. Zero help and said I could call around.
